This beautiful hand beaded, Little Joe Woman by Gail Elliott, THE SPOTLIGHT waistcoat adds glamour to any outfit. Features delicate gunmetal and bronze beading inspired by Navajo paintings. It can be worn open or closed with a tiny hook + eye fasting and styled with virtually everything from pants and dresses to slips and skirts for that luxe, rock-chic look that we love.
