How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, we'll notify you by email providing you with the tracking information for your package!

When will my order arrive?

Your order should arrive 5-7 business days for standard shipping, and 3-5 business days for express. The estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location.

What are your shipping rates?

Free standard shipping worldwide via DHL on orders over AUD$300/$USD200.
AUD$30/USD$20 standard shipping worldwide via DHL on orders under AUD$300/USD$200.
AUD$40/USD$30 express shipping (3 - 5 business days).

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all locations worldwide by DHL.

Where can I find my order history?

On littlejoewoman.com homepage, click person icon in the top right corner and you can see 'Order History' to review all your favorite items!

How do I cancel my order?

We are sorry, but once an order has been registered, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated in our Return Policy.

What is your return policy?

Our Little Joe Woman e-boutique offers a 14-day return policy on all full-priced items (excluding sale and promotional items).

Provided the full-priced item is in its original condition, has the swing tag attached, and has not been worn, altered, or washed, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund or exchange.

If you are requesting a refund, an AUD$30/USD$20 handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your total.

If you receive a Gift With Purchase for a qualifying purchase with your order and decide to return your items, you will no longer qualify for the gift.

If you're requesting a refund and the gift is not returned with your items, you will be charged for it.

How do I make a return request?
