Shipping Information

Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes - a full shipping address and contact phone number are required.


All international orders are shipped using DHL COURIER SERVICE.


Except for addresses that are outside the main delivery area. In this case an alternative courier will be used.


Express Shipping 3 - 7 business days sometimes sooner, depending on your country location - add AUD$40/USD$30- at checkout.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

 

Free DHL shipping on all purchases over AUD$300/USD$200.

 

For orders under this amount a AUD$30/USD$20 - DHL shipping fee will be added to your purchase at checkout.
 

PROCESSING TIME

 

Orders are picked, packed and shipped out within 3 - 4 business days of purchase, or sooner. Purchases made at weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Shipping times are in addition to our processing time.
 

POSSIBLE DELAYS

 

Please note during sale periods, processing times might extend by a couple of days due to high volumes of orders - we thank you for your patience. 
 

DELIVERY TIME

 

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to register with postal services. Delivery will take between 4 - 10 business days for standard shipping, and 3 - 7  business days for express shipping, depending on your country location.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

 

Express Shipping 3 - 7 business days sometimes sooner, depending on your country location. Add AUD$40/USD$30 at checkout if your order spend is AUD$300/USD$200 or above - worldwide.

 

Add AUD$60/USD$40 at checkout if your order spend is below AUD300/USD$200 - for all countries except Australian and Indonesian orders.
 

TAXES

 

Local government taxes and duties incurred as a result of the shipment are payable by the receiver.

Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.

 

* Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.

 

BACK ORDERS

 

From time to time items that are listed as in stock, may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you within 3 working days to offer you a refund, discuss placing the item on back order for you or offering you a suitable alternative. 

 

Some items listed on the site may be special order items. In the case that you have ordered a product that falls into this category we will contact you within 3 working days to notify you of this and discuss the estimated delivery time. At this point you can decide whether to continue with your order or cancel it and receive a full refund.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

We are sorry, but once an order has been registered, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated in our Return Policy.
