STEP 1 | Browse our collections and ensure that the product you've got your eyes on is in stock.

STEP 2 | Select your size, colour and quantity then hit Add to Cart.

STEP 3 | On the My Cart page you can either Checkout or Continue Shopping.

STEP 4 | If you select Checkout, you will be asked to enter your Contact Information.

STEP 5 | Choose your shipping method. Your total will adjust depending on where we're sending your goods.

STEP 6 | Enter your payment details to complete your order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and the express payment options shown at checkout.

Shipping

Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All international orders are shipped using DHL Courier Service. For more information, see our Shipping page.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all full price items (excluding Sale & Promotion items). See our Returns page for details.

Return shipping

Returning to Little Joe Woman is simple. On receiving your Return Authorisation Number, you will be provided with the address to post your return parcel. We hold return addresses in both Australia and the United States, so in most cases you'll be returning to an address in your own region rather than shipping internationally. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.

Availability and back orders

From time to time items listed as in stock may not be available. We will contact you within 3 working days to offer a refund, back order, or suitable alternative. Some items may be special order — we will contact you within 3 working days with estimated delivery time.
