Follow the simple steps below for instructions on how to order with us. If you're still having trouble, please contact us at customerservice@littlejoewoman.com

 

STEP 1 | Browse our collections and ensure that the product you've got your eyes on is in stock.

STEP 2 | Select your size, colour and quantity then hit ADD TO CART. You'll see the item in your bag no matter where you navigate.

STEP 3 | On the 'MY CART' page you can either CHECKOUT or Continue Shopping.

STEP 4 | If you select to CHECKOUT, you will be asked to enter your Contact Information. 

STEP 5 | Choose your Shipping method. Your total will adjust depending on where we're sending your goods.

STEP 6 | COMPLETE ORDER will take you over to PayPal's secure site to complete payment. PayPal accept all major credit cards, or pay via your PayPal account. Once the payment is processed, an email confirmation is sent to you and to us. Then we get packing.

  

SHIPPING 

Please note we do not deliver to P.O Boxes - a full shipping address is required.

All international orders are shipped using DHL COURIER SERVICE

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. Your signature will be requested upon delivery. 

*Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped 

 

RETURNS

We understand that it can be tricky purchasing something online before having the chance to try it on.

On the Little Joe Woman e-boutique we offer a 7 day return policy on all full price items (excluding Sale & Promotion items).

Provided the full price item is in its original condition, has the swing tag attached and has not been worn, altered or washed, you may return within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund or exchange.

If you wish to return an item, please contact customerservice@littlejoewoman.com to request a Return Authorisation Number.

Please note: No refunds or credit notes are offered on Sale or Promotion items. An exchange within 7 days will be accepted if the item is in its original condition, has the swing tag attached and has not been worn, altered or washed. 

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Returning to Little Joe Woman is simple!

On receiving your Return Authorisation Number, you will be provided with the address to post your return parcel to.

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. 

 

AVAILABILITY AND BACK ORDERS

From time to time items that are listed as in stock, may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you within 3 working days to offer you a refund, discuss placing the item on back order for you or offering you a suitable alternative.

Some items listed on the site may be special order items. In the case that you have ordered a product that falls into this category we will contact you within 3 working days to notify you of this and discuss the estimated delivery time. At this point you can decide whether to continue with your order or cancel it and receive a full refund.
