Shipping
All orders ship from our studio in Bali. International orders are sent with DHL Courier Service, except to addresses outside DHL's main delivery area, where an alternative courier is used. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a full shipping address and a contact phone number are required.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping with DHL on orders of US$300 or more. Orders under US$300 pay US$20 for standard shipping. Express shipping is available at checkout from US$30, and the exact rate is shown before you pay. Within Indonesia, delivery in Bali is free, and standard shipping elsewhere in Indonesia is US$10 on orders under US$300.
Processing time
Orders are picked, packed and shipped within 3–4 business days of purchase, often sooner. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During sale periods, processing may take a couple of extra days.
Delivery time
Standard shipping takes 4–10 business days (5–7 within Asia), and express takes 3–7 business days, depending on your country. Delivery time is in addition to processing time. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to register.
Duties and taxes
US customers: an import tariff will be applied to your order by US customs at the point of entry, collected by DHL on delivery. The tariff is set by US customs and is separate from your order total. Any taxes we collect at checkout are shown before you pay. Other local import duties and taxes are payable by the receiver.
Tracking and delivery
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to your email address. A signature is requested on delivery. Please check your shipping address carefully; we cannot redirect orders once shipped.
Back orders
Occasionally an item shown as in stock may be unavailable. We will contact you within 3 business days to offer a refund, back order or suitable alternative.
Cancellations
Orders are processed automatically once placed and cannot be cancelled. You can return items as set out in our Refund Policy.
