This beautiful silk chiffon IN MY ARMS blouse with lace up front neck is designed with full sleeves with a ruffle on the cuff, adding a touch of playful elegance. The ruffle around the neckline falls gracefully while adding a touch of rock-chic to this classic style. The top is finished with gold toggles on the neck tie.
