This gorgeous CITIZEN COPE Little Joe Woman by Gail Elliott maxi dress is elegant and sexy. It’s cut on the bias which makes it flattering to all body shapes. Featuring our exclusive cheetah print, it has a v-front, a channel draw cord with a gunmetal coloured toggle, and is worn on the hip, an adjustable halter tie, also with a gunmetal coloured toggle and stunning scooped out back.

This dress will take you from flops to Louboutins'. Living in Florida, 75% of my wardrobe are dresses. The Citizen brings it all. Let’s all take a moment to give praise to the Citizen Cope dress! It’s so flattering and comfortable. Living in Florida, I would say 75% of my wardrobe are dresses.
