BREATHTAKING VIEWS OVER THE BUSTLING KUALA LUMPUR

BREATHTAKING VIEWS OVER THE BUSTLING KUALA LUMPUR

When travelling through a country, I love to explore the variety of cultures and destinations – from the ocean’s edge through to the hustle and bustle of the major cities.

For my explorations of Indonesia, I knew I had to spend some time in Kuala Lumpur! So I decided to stay in Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon, after hearing excellent reviews about it.

Luxurious city style

We stayed at a One Bedroom Deluxe apartment on the 45th floor, which boasted incredible views out over the city! It was surprisingly spacious, and we were pleased to discover that it was fully furnished with all the kitchen amenities provided.

In fact, it was just like a home away from home – we were comfortable, well looked after, and had everything we needed!

From the king-sized bed to the work station with Internet access, the iPod docking station and more, we were perfectly catered for. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Fantastic food and entertainment

For breakfast, we enjoyed the continental breakfast which is provided on their top floor (a sky-high level 48!), where we could take in the panoramic views while sipping on our morning coffee.

When I wasn’t spending time catching up on emails and work, I was enjoying the facilities the hotel had to offer. They have a large, Olympic-sized pool as well as a smaller one, a jacuzzi, steam room and hot sauna. There are even 2 large BBQ pits next to the pools!

Impressive, top-notch service

Communication with the hotel staff was commendable, always replying to my never-ending questions promptly and helpfully. I was definitely impressed, and the concierge are ready to help you with anything you need during your stay in KL.

Looking back, it was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed at – I miss it already! Lanson Place was our home in KL, and I can’t wait to be back there one day.
