Reformer Pilates
I’m always up at 6am everyday of the week either taking a beach walk with my husband and our 8 dogs, swimming in the pool or working early on my computer before breakfast. Twice a week we take a Pilates class with @chichibasipilates Reformer Pilates is amazing for my body as it keeps me long, lean and strong..

Breakfast
I feel breakfast is a very important meal for me not only because it sets me up for the day but I get to think about and plan what I need to prioritise. I usually have two poached eggs with steak, bacon or sautéed minced beef - fresh coconut water and a home made cappuccino with full fat milk made by my husband. Most days I work from our home office which I love but a couple of times a week we go into the studio and factory for production meetings and to catch up and check on everything.

We ethically produce all our clothing and accessories at our own factory with local pattern makers, seamstresses and craftsmen and women..

Running the brand with Joe Coffey who is my husband and CEO of the business means we work constantly. Besides overseeing the design of every piece, I’m always on my phone answering customer service inquiries or Instagram messages which I love to do because I’m the best person to ask about style, fit, sizing or anything else to do with our brand.

Lunch
We either cook lunch at home or step out to one of the many cafes or restaurants in the area to eat and have a milkshake. There are so many different types of cuisine available in Bali and the produce is the best if you eat at quality places. From Boy And Cow or Si jin Steakhouse or Don Fernando steak restaurants to St, Tropez or Mosto Restaurant for freshly shucked oysters or grilled prawns and Riviera Bistro Bali or L’Osteria Pizza E Cucina for traditional Italian food we really are spoiled for choice.

Sunset beach walk
We’re so fortunate to live literally a one minute walk to the ocean so try to take advantage of it as much as possible. It’s so inspiring, relaxing and beautiful to be able to walk outside in the fresh air.

Dinner
I was born and raised in London, moved to Tokyo for two years at age 17. From there lived in New York for twenty four years and spent nine years in Sydney, Australia. Now living in Bali for eight years I feel it’s so international and the perfect Asian hub to be able to travel anywhere in the world. I love the life we’ve created here. We can have a quiet and relaxing dinner at home or go out to one of the many world class beach clubs if we’re in the mood.
