This stunning Little Joe Woman by Gail Elliott See You Soon dress is cut from silk chiffon, ties at the neck as a halter neck and can either be tied at the waist or left untied for a more relaxed fit.

It is designed to be slightly shorter in the front and dips slightly longer in the back and has a delicate frayed hem detail to give a cool, edgy look and feel.
